The Chairman of Abeokuta North Local Government, Dr Lanre Oyegbola-Sodipo has officially inaugurated a Trade, Investment, and Foreign Mission Committee aimed at boosting economic growth and attracting investment to the local government.
During the inauguration ceremony, the chairman emphasized the committee’s role in fostering business opportunities, enhancing local trade, and creating partnerships with foreign investors. He highlighted the local government’s commitment to economic development, job creation, and international collaboration.
The newly appointed committee members, comprising industry experts, private sector executives and key stakeholders, pledged to work towards policies that would encourage investment and drive sustainable development in Abeokuta North.
The event concluded with a call for stakeholders to support the initiative, ensuring its success in transforming the local economy.
