As the local government election draws nearer, the Commissioner of Agriculture in Ogun State, Hon. Bolu Owotomo has supported all councilorship candidates in Ijebu North East local government, Ogun State with palliatives and cash.
This according to him will help the candidates in reaching out to the people at the grassroots.
The Commissioner made this known during a meeting with the councilorship candidates in the local government.
Owotomo in his speech appealed to the residents of the local government to cast their votes for all the candidates of the All Progressives Congress at the polls.
The Commissioner expressed optimism that the APC would triumph at the polls but urged the people to come out in large numbers to vote for the APC chairmanship and councillorship candidates.
He therefore charged them to be Loyal to the party leaders and Governor Dapo Abiodun by promoting the Omo Ogun ISEYA Agenda
Those present at the meeting were Arch Ranti Oresile ( SSA to the Ogun State Government on Community Development), The APC Chairmanship Candidate Hon Folusho Badejo, Vice Chairman Deacon Adegbesan Adegbuyi, Ijebu North East Local Government APC Party Chairman Hon Wale Omowunmi and all the 10 Wards Councilorship Candidates.
