The United States on Tuesday condemned the crash of a Russian plane “reckless” with one of its drones over the Black Sea that led to the destruction of the American plane.
A Russian Su-27 fighter jet collided with an American MQ-9 Reaper drone over the Black Sea on Tuesday, the US military’s European Command said.
“Our MQ-9 aircraft was performing routine operations in international airspace when it was intercepted and attacked by a Russian aircraft, resulting in the crash and total loss of the MQ-9,” US Air Force General James Hecker , CEO of US Air said. European Forces and African Air Forces.
