Ogun political pundits are it again. The All Progressive Congress-APC political tacticians have started permutating on Ogun 2027 general elections.

Where they are expected to support and ensure that the less than a year old Governor Dapo Abiodun’s second term tenure is successful to deliver the democracy dividends to the Ogun electorates and the teeming public, they tactically scheme to raise and dash hopes of the leading politicians around the State in their idle time discussing whatnot of the future.

Those creating the gamechanging platforms seeking early opinions needless for now should take cognizance that Ogun State partisan public is highly sensitive to dust raising at their personal and collective prospects.

It is absurd when none of the political parties’ leaders that they are promoting to serve the public on certain realms of office have not on their own declared their intent to serve the public on such realms at the next general elections.

It becomes a divisive agenda if non-commissioned pundits flagrantly fills their idleness with cantankerous motives that can cause doubts and upsets among the leaders, ranks and files of the political parties.

Ogun politics is more matured than the occurring derailing scenario.

You are urged to allow the kites perch and the eagles to perch and other birds too to perch calmly and wait for the appointed moment each will be ordered to come forward to declare their intents.

Be mindful that these individuals you raise dust on with the undesirable early polls toiled hard to build their political credibility.

Their individual credibility may become affected and dented if they are wrongly perceived by the public as needy of the political realms you ascribe their names to.

The task at hand for all faithful of All Progressive Congress-APC is to be focused on the success of this hard won mandate for Governor Dapo Abiodun. There is much to be done. You are urged to move closer to your leaders and constatntly request for your share of the periodic work programme.

Here is a food for thought:

For All Progressive Congress-APC to emerge victorious in the next general elections in Ogun State and elsewhere.

It depends on how our party has been able to deliver the democracy dividends to the Ogun electorates, which unarguably, Governor Dàpò is doing his best.

We have local, State and federal mandates to change the hard times to good times for the public. The public though believes in God and trusts us to do them good.

It is desirable that we must work hard to give back to the public what the public wants of our political party. What we promised the public in our manifestos to win their mandate would be delivered to the public.

We must desist from causing rifts amongst the leadership, the ranks and files of our party with unproductive talks and deeds that can cause sharp divisions and discord amongst ourselves particularly amongst the leaders that our party is blessed with.

You are not doing enough if you are not active in the government of Ogun State government led by Governor Dapo Abiodun.

You should be more proactive at least to give yourself a nod that you participated actively in the administration of Governor Dapo Abiodun.

This is to ensue that All Progressive Congress-APC can continue its service to the Ogun electorates and the teeming public after 2027 general elections.

Ilosiwaju Ipinle Ogun, Ajumose gbogbo wa ni o!

APC! Progress!
