”I am Poor To Take Proper Care Of My Children” , 25 Year-Old Mother Of Triplets Abandoned By Husband Cries Out

A 25 year-old mother of triplets abandoned by her husband in Ogun State, Mrs Balikis Popoola has cried out to the state governor, prince Dapo Abiodun and well meaning Nigerians to help her financially to take good care of her triplets.

She noted that she it has been so difficult for her to take proper care of the triplets, saying that her husband who supposed to assist her has run away when he was unable to pay the hospital bill of three hundred thousand naira.

While speaking with the gateway times’s correspondent in Abeokuta explained that she is unable to take care of her triplets because she is not financially buoyant.

She said, ” I want the state governor and Nigerians to come to my aid because I don’t want my children to die. I am begging for government’s support and the well meaning Nigerians to assist me financially so as to open a small business so that I can cater for the needs of my children.

”The last day I set my eyes on my husband was the day he came to check me when i gave birth to triplets and when the doctor asked him to go and get a sum of three hundred thousand naira for hospital bill

”My husband left me and my triplets in the hospital and ran away without looking back. She concluded

Mrs Popoola explained that she has been able to pay one hundred and eight thousand out of the three hundred thousand naira with the help of some churches in the state.

”It has been so difficult for me to feed my first son and the new triplets. I am calling on the state governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun to empower me so as to get something that will be bringing food to table for me to take good care of my children.

”I also want the governor to give my children scholarships so that they can go to school when they grow up”

She therefore said that she never regretted having a triplets, adding that he believed she would give birth to triplets.
