One of the top traditional rulers in Ijebuland, Oba Olaoye Haruna Abass, the Beje-roku of Oke Agbo in Ijebu North local government area of the state has returned to his creator.
A family source who disclosed this to Gateway Times said the monarch breathed his last on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at his country-home in Ijebu Igbo.
The royal father died at the age of 93.
Gateway Times also gathered that the remains of the monarch will be committed to mother earth on Thursday, June 27, 2019 in Ijebu-Igbo according to Islamic rites.
