Donald Trump is set to publish a letter from King Charles in an upcoming book which also contains private correspondence from his late wife Princess Diana. The letters to Trump should be released on April 25.
The book contains a letter from King Charles sent to Donald Trump in 1995, The Daily Telegraph reported. This comes as the former US president has said that people who write letters to him use “sweet language”.
“I know them all—and they’ve all kissed my ass, and now I’m only half of them kissing my ass,” Donald Trump has said.
King Charles sent a letter in 1995 thanking Donald Trump for giving him honorary membership at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, the report said. Although the content may not be controversial but the move will not be appreciated by the royal family as Donald Trump has made claims against Princess Diana and Kate Middleton even before.
