Ogun State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has called on Pilgrims who performed the 2019 Holy pilgrimage to Makkah and Medinah, to visit the Board’s Secretariat at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, from Tuesday, January 28, 2020, for the approved refund from the hajj fare paid.
A release signed by the Executive Secretary of the Board, Abdul-Hakeem Kalejaiye indicated that, the Saudi Arabia Authority through the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCOM), approved the payment to compensate the pilgrims for un-rendered services during the operations.
It added that concerned pilgrims would be attended to between 10.00am and 2.00pm each day, urging them to come along with payment receipt and passport, as means of identification to claim the refund.
The release further stated that payment by proxy would not be entertained, advising the pilgrims to comport themselves orderly during the exercise.
