Atiku is not desperate; Atiku is drowning. Age will not allow him to stand in for election in 2027, his finances (including what he spent on Peter Obi as his running mate then) had been irredeemably depleted. And since his lawyers may not have opportunity to milk him in 2027, they put up one flimsy goal after the another for him to pursue. One may even want to wonder if Atiku’s lawyers are working for his opponents because their litigation keeps ridiculing Atiku.
At the way he is going, Atiku may soon seek court order to ask neigbours of the CSU to come and testify if they saw PBAT passed by on their streets when he was attending CSU.
A drowning man in the midst of the ocean will even clutch at the floating straw!
