Settle With Abiodun, Withdraw Your Case At S/Court, Olu of Ilaro Tells Akinlade

The Olu of Ilaro and Paramount ruler of Yewa Land, his royal Majesty, Oba Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle has urged the former governorship candidate of Ogun State, Hon. Adekunle Akinlade to settle with the Prince Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State and withdraw his case at the supreme court.
He also asked him to join hands with Dapo Abiodun for the progress of the state.
The monarch made this known on Saturday at the grand finale of 2019 Oronna Ilaro festival day held at the Asade Agunloye Pavilion, empire field, Ilaro, Ogun State.
He said, ”to my brother hon. Akinlade who contested in last election with the Excellency prince Dapo Abiodun. I want to say that it is all sense of responsibility that you are a pride of this land and I want to beg and implore u on behalf of the good people of yewa land whom u represent that we don’t need any appeal at the supreme court go and withdraw your case at the Supreme court”
He therefore advised him to join hands with Dapo Abiodun so as to move the state forward.
According to the monarch, nobody should politicised oronna. It is not a political platform. I am not a politician and I will never be.
”I want to Abiodun and Akinlade to see themselves as brothers and not enemies”. He concluded
