Mamu-Ijebu community has endorsed the candidature of the All Progressive Congress (APC), flag-bearer in Ijebu North ll State Constituency (Ifelodun constituency) in the forthcoming general elections.
The community hinged the endorsement on the credibility, sagacity, reliability and integrity of the party candidate, Prince (Engr. Segun Kaka), which they have tested and found to be reliable and trustworthy through his various community service and engagement in the development of Mamu-Ijebu.
Mamu-Ijebu community sealed their support for the APC candidate during the visitation of Prince Kaka to the area at a town hall meeting held on Wednesday, 2nd November.
The jubilant people of the Mamu-Ijebu community, who trooped out in their numbers, said they came to show their support for the APC candidate for the special love he has for them, which he continues to demonstrate through his intervention for infrastructural development and peace of the area.
Proposing the motion of the endorsement, Mr Tajudeen Oseni applauded, commended Prince Segun Kaka and assured him of the bulk votes of the good people of Mamu-Ijebu come the 2023 general elections.
The people of the Mamu-Ijebu community expressed delight that Prince (Engr.) Segun Kaka as the next assembly member of Ifelodun constituency, good representation and dividend of democracy are awaiting the people,” he said.
Prominent in the delegation includes Otunba Solomon Oduyemi, Alhaja Otubanjo Aminat Adesola, Agba’akin Akeem Ademosu, APC Ward chairmen in Ifelodun, APC Ward Women leaders, Ward youth leaders, leaders and elders of the party, among others.
Kaka in his speech reiterated his continuous commitment to the development of the community and the whole of Ifelodun Constituency.
