We just received the certificate of return, certifying that I, Otunba Bisi Oyedele was duly elected by the good people of Idiroko/Ipokia state constituency as the Member to represent us in the Ogun State House of Assembly.
Indeed, I’m elated, excited and euphoric that it’s a new dawn for us as a people. This could have only happened by God’s benevolence and the magnanimity of our people. Particularly, considering the odds that were not looking favorable in the election build-up. I do not take it for granted, and I pledge to do everything within my reach to offer the quality representation we have all been panting for.
I want to specially appreciate my family(nuclear and extended), my wife and mother in special mention, and the totality of our electorates, this is a vote for the oneness of Idiroko/Ipokia state constituency, its a vote for the youth, a vote for the elderly and a vote for progressive alignment. Alas, Ipokia is no longer against the government at the centre.
I must use this opportunity to specially thank His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR for making APC a united party for all and sundry, and on a worthy note, I celebrate my mentor and political touch bearer, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola CON FCA YAYI, thank you very much sir, you are indeed a game changer.
To all my leaders in Ipokia local government, space won’t contain the magnitude of your persons, and your support for me, indeed you showed that you are my fathers and mothers, It is my prayer that heaven will stand up for your children when they need it. I must also not forget the effort of the Citiside Support Group. Those guys are the bomb 😎😂
By June, upon inauguration, we will be coming on board to make our state constituency better and all our potentials shall be well harnessed by God’s grace. Let me at this point call on my kinsmen on the other side of the divides, election is over, we all must join hands to build the Idiroko/Ipokia state constituency of our dream. Please let’s come together in unison to chart a course for the progress and development of our dear state constituency as we have no other.
