“Such deliberate destruction by Russian citizens and other parts of the hydroelectric power station is an environmental bomb of great destruction,” Zelensky said in his nightly video address.
Zelensky said that the destruction of the dam will not stop Ukraine and Ukrainian citizens. We will reclaim all our land.
“Only the complete liberation of the Ukrainian territory from the Russian population will guarantee that there will be more such terrorist attacks.”
In his words, Zelensky also said that the Ukrainian prosecutors have gone to the former prosecutors at the International Criminal Court in The Hague “to apply international justice in the investigation of the destruction of the dam”.
And for the second day running, Zelensky singled out the armed groups fighting in and near the eastern city of Bakhmut for a long time, while not giving details of the clashes.
