Marjorie Taylor Greene stuns Congress with revealing Hunter Biden photos | World news
A committee hearing on IRS whistleblowers related to an investigation into President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden turned into a shocking display of candid photos by Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene on Wednesday.
The Republican from Georgia used posters with pictures of Hunter Biden’s naked body and sexual activities to question a witness at a hearing of the GOP oversight committee. He said the president’s son had violated federal law by paying for sex and traveling across state lines with a warrant.
“Marjorie Taylor Greene is showing actual d***k pictures at our Screen Hearing,” tweeted Rep. Robert Garcia, a Democrat from California.
“Marjorie Taylor Greene is currently branding Hunter Biden naked during a House hearing. I will not send it. Disgusting,” Aron Rupar, a journalist, wrote on Twitter. He added: “Your taxpayer dollars paid for Marjorie Taylor Greene to print Hunter Biden’s naked body on a poster board so she could pull this stunt during a House hearing.”
The Lincoln Project, a group of Republican-Trump Republicans, also tweeted: “The GOP is firing teachers for teaching s*xed while the GOP shows p***n on the House floor.”

However, representative Byron Donalds, a Republican from Florida, defended Ms Greene’s actions. He tweeted: “According to @RepRaskin & @danielsgoldman, the graphic images of Hunter Biden presented by @RepMTG were too RACY for the Oversight Committee and asked to be removed. These are the same Advocates who want this equipment IN our Children’s Schools. Please stop making me angry.”
Brad Moss, an attorney, accused Ms. Greene of being involuntarily involved with Hunter Biden’s videos and pictures. He tweeted: “I wonder how many hours MTG has spent reviewing Hunter Biden videos and pictures. A deep and penetrating analysis.”
Ms Greene began her question by warning the panel and viewers at home that parental advice is taken seriously. He then displayed a poster that read: “Hunter downloads several sxx tapes with a license that has been paid from his law firm’s bank.”
He pointed to another poster that showed an enlarged plane ticket with Hunter Biden’s name on it. He said it showed he bought the ticket “for this woman,” referring to a nude picture of a woman’s lower body.
He asked the witness: “I would like to point out that if you’re buying him a plane ticket for s*x and traveling across state lines, do you believe that’s a violation of the Mann Act?”
The Mann Act is a federal law that prohibits the transportation of “any woman or girl for the purpose of prostitution or immorality, or for any other immoral purpose.”
The witness did not give a clear answer when Ms Greene held up another poster with a revealing photo, saying “Hunter Biden paid this woman to do this with him.”
Representative Jamie Raskin, the top Democrat on the House committee, stopped Ms Greene at one point and asked: “Should we introduce this in the committee?”
Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Democrat from New York, also criticized Ms Greene’s moves and suggested that there is hypocrisy among Republicans who accused Hunter Biden of s * x trafficking while facing similar accusations against representative Matt Gaetz, a Republican from Florida.

He said: “If the lady from Georgia is going to follow the evidence, we should also look at, hypothetically… s*x trafficking charges against a 17-year-old girl…”
Mr. Gaetz is under investigation by prosecutors for allegedly participating in a plot to kidnap a 17-year-old girl. However, in February the Department of Justice told him that he would not face any charges. Mr. Gaetz has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
