It was a celebration galore in the Owu Kingdom, Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital as charismatic businessman and dude of many parts and his wife added another feather to their caps.

Uptown celebrities Chief (Prince) Abe Sunday Adewunmi Ayodeji and his wife, Chief (Princess) Adelaid Ayodeji have been conferred with prestigious chieftaincy titles of Asoju Oba and Yeye Asoju Oba Owu Kingdom.

His Royal Majesy, Oba (Prof) Saka Adelola Matemilola, the Otileta VII, the 14th Olowu of Owu Kingdom described the new chieftaincy title holders as a thoroughbred philanthropists whose contributions to the Owu kingdom have been excellent and steadfast.

The ceremony which was witnessed by the movers and shakers of the Ogun State social circle, was held at the ultra-modern palace of the Olowu palace, Oke Ago Owu, Abeokuta.

Yeye Asiwaju Owu Sokori

Chief Princess Adelaid Ayodeji, Yeye Asiwaju Owu Sokori was born in Harare,
Zimbabwe to the family of Mrs. Concilia Chipandu and Late Mr. Aaron Banda.
She was born on 12 August 1986. Her zodiac sign is Leo.

Chief Princess Adelaid Ayodeji is the sixth child in the family of eight children.
She attended Zengeza 8 Primary School, in Zimbabwe for elementary studies. For
her high school, she went to Saint Michael’s Secondary School, Zimbabwe (a
boarding school). She later proceeded to Natural Beauty Academy, Zimbabwe
where she obtained ITEC diploma in beauty therapy. She carried out her
Industrial Training in Cape town, South Africa.

Chief Princess Adelaid Ayodeji worked with Crown Princess Cruise, San
Francisco as a beauty therapist. She also worked with Carnival Cruise Line in
Florida.

She relocated to Ireland where she met her husband, Chief Prince Abel Sunday
Adewunmi Ayodeji.
In Ireland, Chief Princess Adelaid works as a Customer Service Consultant at
Capita Solutions for Irish Water.

Chief Princess Adelaid Ayodeji is married to her loving husband, Prince Abel
Sunday Adewunmi Ayodeji, The Asiwaju of Owu Kingdom. They are blessed with
six children altogether. Mrs. Adelaid and her family are currently resident in
Europe, though they frequently travel to Nigeria.

Chief Princess Adelaid Ayodeji alongside her husband, were conferred Asiwaju
and Yeye Asiwaju, Owu Sokori on the 26th October 2023.

Chief Princess Adelaid Ayodeji shares similar passion with her husband as they
both participate and contribute to the development of their local community by
providing support for members of their community. They both founded Asiwaju
and Yeye Asiwaju Community development Foundation in Abeokuta, Nigeria.

The foundation provides support, trainings and creates opportunities for
members of the communities so as to promote community development and
family support for the inhabitants of various communities within and around
Owu Kingdom.

Chief Prince Abel Sunday Adewunmi Ayodeji was born in Lagos State, Nigeria,
and is the fourth-born (youngest) child of Mrs. Victoria Mojisola Ayodeji and
Prince Adesegun Ayodeji of Shogbanmu compound of Amororo Royal family,
Owu Abeokuta. He was born on 17 July 1983. His zodiac sign is Cancer.

Chief Prince Abel was raised alongside his three siblings, Princess Adebola
Ayodeji Adebayo, Prince Adeyemi Samuel Ayodeji and Prince Michael Adewale
Ayodeji. Chief Prince Abel attended Saint Joseph Nursery and Primary School,
Lagos for elementary studies. For his high school, he went to Saint Joseph
Secondary School. He later proceeded to The Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun
state, where he pursued and completed a course in Science Laboratory
Technology. Chief Prince Abel completed his industrial attachment at Sacred
Heart Hospital (Lantoro Hospital), Abeokuta.

Chief Prince Abel moved to Finland in 2008 where he studied at Diaconia
University of Applied Sciences and became a Community development,

integration and Healthcare specialist. He is European registered social service
professional (Socionomi). Amongst several professional trainings in his field,
Chief Prince Abel also proceeded to Masters degree in Healthcare (Social and
Heathcare) at Arcada University of Applies Sciences, Finland.

Chief Prince Abel started his career in Finland where he worked as a social and
community development worker, he worked on an EU project that also involved
Finnish ministry of interior and various multicultural organizations such as
Africans and African European Association and many others in Helsinki, Finland.
Chief Prince Abel relocated to The Republic of Ireland in 2016 and continued his
career in community development and healthcare.

Chief Prince Abel served as the chairperson of LINC Society Limited for three
years and now the vice-chairperson of the organization in Ireland. He works as a
Family support practitioner, counselor, trainer, advocate for family right and
project manager. Chief Prince Abel also works as a Team Leader in Social Care.
For his love for community development, Chief Prince Abel plays various
significant roles in this sphere, he sits on the board of various organizations in
Finland and Ireland, such as Monaghan Integration Development CLG (MIDL),
Ireland where he represents all non-Irish in the county, Africans and African
European Association (AFAES ry) in Finland and Association of Ogun State
Indigenes in Ireland (AOSII).

Chief Prince Abel also was appointed a Mission Ambassador for a global
domestic violence advocacy initiative, with the backing of the government of
Netherlands, UNICEF, The World Bank, UNFPA, EU, Coalition to stop violence
against women, and many more.

Chief Prince Abel has had several involvements such as projects, conferences and
trainings with the European Union and United nations in countries such as
France, Italy, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, New York etc.

Chief Prince Abel Sunday Adewunmi Ayodeji is currently married to his loving
wife, Chief Princess Adelaid Ayodeji. They are blessed with six children

frequently visit Nigeria.

Born out of passion to contribute to the support of families and development of
communities in Owu Kingdom, Chief Prince Abel Sunday Adewunmi Ayodeji and
his wife, Chief Princess Adelaid Ayodeji founded Asiwaju and Yeye Asiwaju
Community development Foundation in Abeokuta, Nigeria. The foundation
provides support, trainings and creates opportunities for members of the
