The Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has described the Olota of Ota, Prof. Adeyemi Obalanlege, as a passionate Monarch, who was committed to peace and harmony, inspiring his people to contribute to the development of the State.
According to a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Kunle Somorin, the Governor, eulogized the professor of Mass Communication, whose reign has been witnessing unprecedented development in all areas, adding that, it was an indisputable fact that his first year has brought peaceful co-existence to the area.
The Governor also acknowledged the traditional ruler’s “unwavering commitment and strong passion for the continued development of Aworiland and Ogun State in general”.
While wishing the Monarch more fruitful years on the throne, Abiodun prayed God Almighty continue to preserve the life of the traditional ruler and grant him wisdom to remain a source of inspiration to his subjects and Aworiland in general.
