
The funeral Planning Committee for the late Chief (Mrs) Adeyinka Lawal-Oloki who breathed her last few months back at the age of 76 has announced the details of her burial arrangement.
According to the United States based son of the deceased, High Chief (Prof) Adekunle Lawal-Oloki, who spoke on behalf of the family, the traditional wake-keep and funeral night vigil will be held tomorrow, Friday, October 24, 2025 at Oloki Castle, 140, Ayinde Oloko street, off Sanni-Luba/Erunwo road, GRA Ijebu Ode.
Chief (Mrs) Adeyinka Lawal-Oloki journey home will commence with a funeral procession on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Information has it that which will be a carnival-like event has been designated for certain routes within the township.
Her remains will be committed to mother-earth same on Saturday, while the entertainment of guests will hold at the upscale A5 Event Centre, Sanni-Luba/Erunwo road, GRA Ijebu Ode.
High Chief (Prof) Adekunle Lawal-Oloki, added that her late mother would be remembered for her virtues of selflessness, love, kindness, strength, and generosity, which had left a lasting impact in the mind of those whose paths crossed while alive.
