United Kingdom based businessman, Otunba Olukayode Idowu and other members of the family are preparing to say final goodbye to their late mother and matriarch, Mrs Hannah Titilayo Idowu, nee Ogundeko.
Gateway Times Nigeria learnt that preparation are underway to ensure a dignified farewell for the late matriarch of the Idowu dynasty.
The family has therefore planned a series of funeral activities, beginning with a Service of Song and Christian Wake-Keep on April 11, 2025 at 6, Iyaniwura Lodge, Diamond Estate, shortly after Molipa High School in Ijebu Ode area of Ogun state.
According to the funeral activities, the remains of Mrs Idowu will be committed to mother’s earth on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at the family residence, while the reception for guests will hold at Bishop Ayo Awosoga’s Hall, opposite Adefisan junction, Ejinrin road, Ijebu Ode.
The late matriarch who was a devoted Christian during her lifetime breathed her last on January 12, 2025 at the age of 76.
